In my recent roles, I’ve led design for high-impact, AI-driven platforms—including Westlaw Advantage and AI Deep Research—delivered at speed and adopted at scale across global customers. This work required driving alignment across product, engineering, and design, operating through constant pivots, and making decisive trade-offs to deliver measurable business and customer outcomes. Much of this work is confidential, competitively sensitive, or still evolving.
